ROCHEM ALGAE CONTROL
(COOLING TOWER) is a
liquid blend of organic
polymers which prevents
algae and fouling in
open, re-circulating,
fresh water cooling
systems. It is
formulated to
efficiently metabolize
certain forms of
Nitrogen and Phosphorous
in water, essentially
robbing these major
nutrients from algae
life without affecting
other characteristics of
the water. This in
effect weakens and
ruptures algae cell
walls, which eventually
die and turn brown. At
this point reaction with
components of Rochem
Algae Control consumes
or degrades the cell
residues, thus leaving
clear water.
Rochem Algae control is
non-hazardous,
non-toxic, non-corrosive
and non-flammable.

APPLICATION
ROCHEM ALGAE CONTROL (COOLING TOWER) is ideal for use in cooling towers or any other open cooling water system for the prevention of Green, Black and Mustard Algae.
DOSAGE
ROCHEM ALGAE CONTROL
(COOLING TOWER) is
slug-fed to the cooling
water either at full
strength or diluted with
water by means of a
dosage pump or any other
convenient method. The
dosage required is
determined by visual
inspection of the
cooling water for algae
contamination and also
varies with seasons.
However a general dose
of 0.5 Liters. ROCHEM
ALGAE CONTROL (COOLING
TOWER) per 10000 Liters
of cooling water
suffices in most cases.

CAUTION
Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Goggles and gloves should be worn when handling. In case of direct contact with skin, wash with plenty of fresh water. For eyes, flush with fresh water immediately and get medical attention.
