ROCHEM BOILER COAGULANT is a colourless liquid of high molecular weight sludge conditioners.

It is designed to prevent sludge depositions in steam boilers.

Its usage is especially pertinent in boilers with feed water contaminated with oil.

The solids and oil coagulated by ROCHEM BOILER COAGULANT settle in low points of low pressure boilers where they can be easily be removed by blow down.

APPLICATION

ROCHEM BOILER COAGULANT can be led neat to the boiler or readily dissolved with other boilers treatment chemicals and fed directly to the boilers by means of a bypass pot feeder.

DOSAGE

Dosage an be varied depending on degree of oil contamination. Over dosage will not hurt boiler. Normal dosage is 28 ml per ton of water capacity per day.

HANDLING

Do not store in areas where temperature is likely to drop below the freezing point (0°c) no other special precaution are required.
