ROCHEM H.P.WASH has been specifically designed for use with high pressure cleaning machines. This liquid product is a blend of non-caustic, heavy duty, alkaline cleaners, plus surfatants and corrosion inhibitors which quikly dissolve grease, dirt , deposits etc. even when without high pressure.

DOSAGE

For maximum economy Rochem H.P.WASH can be diluted with fresh water as follows:

For high pressure work : 1 ltr H.P. wash : 1 to 5 ltr water
For Manual work : 1 ltr H.P. wash : 7 to 50 ltrs water

APPLICATION

For high pressure work allow Rochem H.P.WASH to penetrate for about 3-5 minutes before washing off. To prevent the H.P. Wash from drying on the surface to be cleaned and forming edges, keep it damp. One way of preventing this when cleaning very large surfaces would be to work from the bottom upwards.

For manual work, simply use a brush, rag, or simple spray unit to apply the Rochem H.P.WASH. Allow it to penetrate and rinse surface with water. The cleaning effect is increased by working with warm water.

HANDLING INSTRUCTION

When using with the high pressure pump in an enclosed space, ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. When using manually wear gloves to prevent chapping from prolonged use. If it comes into contact with the skin or eyes flush with plenty of water. Store in frost free area.
