DETAILS:
The FiveStar Alarm can
automatically compensate for changes in atmospheric
pressure, and has a battery gas gauge which indicates, in
tenths of hours, how much longer the instrument can run on
the remaining battery charge.
For added protection, MSA's
Lock alarm™ Circuit ensures that the unit will remain in
alarm mode whenever combustible gas levels reach 100
percent of the LEL (Lower Explosive Limit).
Small and lightweight, the
FiveStar Alarm is convenient to carry in hand or clip to a
belt. It can also be left unattended for continuous
monitoring.
The FiveStar Alarm has been
approved for use in Class 1 Division 1, Groups A, B, C and
D; Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G; and Class III
hazardous locations.
